We are a full-service immigration law firm consisting ofin-house and outside experts, handling matters both in New York State and nationwide. Indeed, many of our corporate clients on immigration matters, are located across the globe.

In over more than a decade and half of practice, our experts have seen and heard it all. We practice extensively in the area of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law with a special focus on Alien Relative Petitions, Employment based Permanent Residency and Visas, PERM, Political Asylum, Waivers, Detention and Deportation Defense. One of Our special expertise areas is drafting petitions in ‘Outstanding and Extraordinary Ability Scholars,” category (EB-1) and EB-5Investors visas. We regularly, successfully handle EB-2 and EB-3, E-1/2 treaty traders/investors and L and H-1B, petitions for our corporate clients.

In addition to US Citizenship Services, we do appear before the Immigration Courts, in interviews relating to adjustment of status pursuant to marriage; removal of conditions on the green card (I-751 cases); we also specialize in Family-based Green Card petitions, battered spouses (I-360), U (witness)visas as well as I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) compliance for small and medium businesses, including handling I-9 violations notices issued by DHS.

Our unique immigration practice area extends to one of our highly success area – that is, handling “asylum petitions,” for our clients who come from a wide spectrum of geographical areas and different ethnic and cultural background – which includes Asia, Africa, South America and many others.

Though our cases end successfully before the Immigrations Courts, but, occasionally, whenever needed, we go on appeal before the Board of Immigrations Appeals or before the United States Court of Appeals.
