Further, such holders of power-of-attorney can handle the day to day banking, financial transactions, manage your assets, receive incomes and pay all your regular bills, and protect all your day to day activities, when you cannot. Also, they can act as your Administrator or Trustee of the Trusts that will be created in respect of all your assets and transfer the assets as per the terms of the Trusts.
